KID RACER is an electric kart developed by France's Sodi. Built for children who cannot wait to drive for themselves.
Safety
An all-round protective bumper, electronic braking when you release the accelerator, a seat belt and an emergency stop button.
Rain
Kids Kart runs in light rain. If severe weather makes operation unsafe, updates are posted on the website and official social accounts.

Makuhari Shintoshin
Up, down. The joy of driving for themselves.
A real circuit, just for kids.
A permanent 100m kids-only circuit with hairpins and changes in elevation. Up to four karts can run together, and adults can join the race too. A real driving layout designed for children to enjoy.
Every lap has a time
Lap times appear on the spectator-area monitor. Check the result after the session and choose a target for the next run.
How a session works
Check in, then drive for five minutes until the session ends. Check your result on the monitor afterwards. Register for another session if you would like to drive again.
First visit
A kids license costs 200 yen on your first visit. The 3,500 yen Kids Start Pack includes a kids license and three rides, and is available only on your first visit.
Step up to PRO-KIDS
Makuhari's PRO-KIDS is for drivers with Kids Grade A or above, or aged 7+. Check the kart guide for the full conditions.
MAKUHARI / PRO-KIDS
A faster kart for the next step.
For drivers aged 4+ who have achieved Kids Grade A (faster than 43.999 seconds), or anyone aged 7+. Drivers aged 7+ do not need a particular grade.
A jet helmet, neck guard and racer mask are required. Buy a racer mask at reception for 500 yen if you do not have one. Request PRO-KIDS at reception; normal ride prices or ride tickets apply.

Kisarazu
Open skies. A little family rivalry.
A real circuit, just for kids.
An outdoor kids-only circuit, separate from the engine karts. Enjoy the open air as you drive through banked turns and hairpins.
Two karts, one family race
Two karts can run together, with lap timing included. Adults can drive too, so parents and children can race each other. A lap takes around 30 seconds.
How a session works
Check in at Kids Racer Land or the clubhouse. Drive for five minutes, then check your result. To ride again, register for another session at reception.
No kids license required
Kisarazu Kids Kart does not require a kids license. Kisarazu kids ride tickets can be shared and are valid only at Kisarazu.

Kids Racer Land reception accepts cash only. For non-cash payments, please use the clubhouse.

Travelling Kids Racer Land brings a circuit and French-made Sodi electric karts to car parks, open spaces and events. Children and adults can enjoy driving together.
Solo from age four
Children operate the accelerator and brake themselves. Adults can drive too, making parent–child races possible.
Two-person rides from age two
Children who are not ready to drive alone can enjoy a ride with an adult.
Safety equipment for the session
An inflatable course, impact-absorbing bumpers, adjustable speeds of 3–10km/h, and a remote emergency-stop function.
