Advance registration
Every driver must register. Complete driver registration before the event date.
Fee
Varies by day and time. Check the venue-specific rental page for rates. From 1 hour in 30-minute increments.
Deposit
30,000 yen up to 2 hours. 30% of the use fee for 2.5 hours or longer. Pay the deposit within three days of booking, online, by bank transfer or at the venue. Pay the remaining balance at reception on the event day by cash or supported cashless payment.

For check-in and briefing, arrive 30 minutes before the start for groups of up to 12, 45 minutes before for 13–24, or 60 minutes before for 25 or more. If you arrive late, your programme may not finish as planned. The session cannot be extended.
Rules
You cannot drive after drinking alcohol. You may be charged for repairs resulting from dangerous driving or a crash.
Other
You are reserving the course, not the whole facility. Other visitors may still enter the facility.
Additional vehicles
EV karts may be used and count toward the running total, but cannot be used in races. Kids Kart is charged separately.

First-time licence: 500 yen per person. Racer mask: 500 yen per person (not needed if you bring your own helmet or racer mask).
EV karts run at Makuhari only and two-seater karts at Kisarazu only. Both count toward the kart maximum and cannot be used in races. Kids karts are available as a paid option.

A trophy featuring a miniature kart. 6,000 yen per set.

Celebrate a driver's birthday. 2,200 yen each.

Three-piece keepsake set. 3,500 yen per set.
Custom trophy plate
Personalise the plate with your event name, date or other wording. 500 yen per plate. Order at least two weeks ahead.
Group leisure insurance
Recreation accident insurance is available for groups concerned about injuries during a go-kart event.
This insurance is for one-day events with groups of 20 or more insured participants. Online applications are accepted from 45 days before the event until the day before. Please read the PDF for coverage, eligibility and application details.
